Performers on the Site are independent contractors. Interactions with them are at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their conduct.

3.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., chat messages, tips, reviews), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with the Services. You retain ownership but waive any claims of compensation. We may remove any content at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software (except User-Generated Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

The Services may involve paid features, such as tokens for tips, private shows, or premium access. All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., credit cards, crypto). You agree to pay all fees in full and authorize recurring charges where applicable. Refunds are at our sole discretion; no refunds for unused tokens or non-fraudulent cancellations. Prices are in USD and subject to change. We are not liable for transaction errors—contact your payment provider.

6. Performer Agreements

Performers agree to our separate terms, including age verification, content guidelines, and payout rules. We verify performers’ ages and identities but make no guarantees about their accuracy or conduct.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and any outstanding obligations (e.g., payments) survive. You may terminate your account by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will be accurate or appropriate. User interactions are voluntary and at your own risk.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.
